• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on regular participation and activity on the platform. cv334 reserves the right to revise VIP criteria from time to time.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to placing bets and playing games on cv334:

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error is proven.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, the result will be determined according to cv334's server records.
• Winnings obtained as a result of any software or technical error are subject to cancellation.
• In sports betting, if a scheduled event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
